Welcome to the Time Table of Arts and Entertainment.  This latest addition to the Time Table series includes over 4,200 original stories that cover the most significant events in our global culture, from the first cave drawings to the latest in computer-generated choreography and animation.

Stories are enhanced with exciting multimedia effects, such as hundreds of pictures and portraits, zoom-in maps, and musical samples from some of the world's great classical compositions.  Other effects include graphs and charts, details of important manuscripts, pertinent quotes, and bibliographic references.

A historical Time Line provides a political context for events, and allows specific date-range searching.

Xiphias' unique search and retrieval system allows searching on any word in the text, or a selection from the Key Word list, to instantly call up a new group of related stories.  Just click on a word to travel through history at your own pace - your curiosity alone will set the limits.
